Holy Epoxy Batman
So here is the Bladerider foil that I'm fixing up. I drilled two small holes in the foil where the core was crushed and started dripping in epoxy. And OMG did the epoxy flow. I had to go back to the garage three times to get more epoxy. It took twice as much epoxy as I was expecting to fill in the void. It seems to have done good job though.

Had the same "problem". Filled it with some CoreCell foam. Epoxy foam would also have done the job but needs a good measure of volume before pouring it in.
Wonder how much weight your foils have gained...
I thought about the added weight too, but I was too far into it to stop. Luckily the total volume of epoxy wasn't that much, it was just a lot more than I was expecting. In total is was probably only 3-4 cc's
Epoxy... Everything can be fixed with epoxy.
